The Chillerton Garage

The Chillerton Garage is an attractive, robust and durable building which can be made in virtually any size configuration up to 30mē without the need of building regulations.
The choice of a single or double garage is available, and in both cases, the higher pitched roof allows some light roof storage between the roof trusses.
Being built total from timber, the Chillerton is dryer, warmer and, in most cases, more cost effective than building from traditional brick or prefabricated concrete sections.
Standard features include 7' 6" (2.28m) wide double Garage doors (two pairs on a double garage), six 18" x 24" (45cm x 60cm) fixed shed windows, and a choice of plain or scalloped fascias with diamond shaped finials. All garages are supplies without a timber floor and are designed to fit onto a level concrete hard standing.
