Standard Specifications

The garden rooms range has been designed with a great deal of care and attention. All timber used is fifth grade Scandinavian Redwood from managed forests which has been treated with a two stage treatment for durability. The heavy duty framework 3" x 2" (75mm x 50mm) has rounded edges - a stylish finish which is kinder to the touch - whilst cross-bracing at the corners of the buidings provide genuine strength to the overall structure, without the need to rely on the external cladding for rigidity.

There are two built-in membranes to minimise damp penetration. Finally, all door and window furniture is either solid brass or polished chrome (dependent upon the design) and every screw and nail used is non-rusting.

All buildings are sectional and can be supplied in almost any size up to 320²ft (30m²).

Minimum internal height clearance:
6' 8" (2.03m) on all buildings wider then 7' (2.13m).
6' 3" (1.90m) on all buildings up to 6' (1.82m) wide.

All timber used is joinery grade fifth Scandinavian Redwood which is double vac pressure treated (plain yellow colour). Prior to delivery all external timber surfaces are primed with sovereign base coat timber preservative (straw colour).

Standard finish inside Cabins and Summerhouses

The exposed 3" x 2" (75mm x 50mm) framework is planed to a high standard with rounded corners to enhance the overall inside appearance. The lining membrance minimises any damp penetration through the exterior cladding.
